What counts as remote?
A posting counts when the employer's own location text says remote, anywhere, distributed, work from home, WFH or virtual. Hybrid never counts. A job board's structured "remote" flag is used only when there is no location text, or the location names only a country, state or province.
Is this a job board?
No. It is a directory of employers. Every row links to the company's own careers page, which is where you apply. We never re-post roles.
Why is a company I know missing?
It is either below 60% remote on its own board right now, has fewer than 5 open roles, or runs a board we cannot read whole (Workday). Companies come and go daily; the changes page shows every move.
How fresh are the numbers?
Every board is read at about 03:00, 11:00 and 19:00 UTC. The directory publishes once a day at 04:12 UTC and every number carries the time it was checked.
