Still Remote is a directory. It works without an account, and it stores as little as it can get away with.
What we store
Your email address, and only when you give it to us: to receive the Friday list, or to buy access. Nothing else about you is stored. There is no password to lose, because signing in works through a one-time link sent to that address.
Payments
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. We keep the checkout reference and the email on the receipt, so access can be restored on another device.
The Friday list is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm from the first email. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address rather than hiding it.
Tracking
No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiles. We look at aggregate page counts to know which pages people read, and that is the extent of it.
Company data
Everything on company pages is read from public job boards and public company statements. If you work at a listed company and something is wrong, write to us and it gets corrected on the next daily read.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@auditfriendly.co from the address in question and we delete it, including any purchase record beyond what tax rules require us to keep.
